I have been doing Spravato treatment at the office twice a week, and I would say that it compares favorably to the much more involved ECT sessions that I once did, with less side effects (no memory loss) and much less hassle (no IV, general anesthesia). Each session is supervised, takes place at the clinic and lasts about 2-3 hours; your blood pressure is monitored throughout to make sure it does not become too elevated. Within the session, I experience some euphoria, but the point of the treatment is the cumulative effect of the sessions over time. I would say that Spravato has helped my depression and also helped my chronic pain.

Dr. Sandoval is the best psychiatrist I’ve had in my 30 years of being treated. She is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and also very practical. I never feel judged, and she makes me feel like I’m part of the solution. Similarly, Justin Goldman is the best therapist I’ve ever had. He is very relatable, a good listener, very caring, and insightful. The staff is also great — they are all very helpful, caring, respectful, and supportive.

I have been seeing Dr. Sandoval MD for approximately 2 years. During that time I have found her to be one of the best psychiatrists in the Los Angeles/ Orange County area. She has never forced a treatment on me and we both come up with solutions to my different psychological problems that can arise at any time. In the past, I have had very bad experiences with multiple psychiatrists. I have been seeing both a psychiatrist and psychologist since I was 13 and I am currently 37. I have gone through several over the years. Dr. Sandoval is probably in my top 2 ever if not my favorite I have ever had. She has treated me for both depression and panic attacks til this very day and I am still a current patient. I have zero qualms about recommending Dr. Sandoval for Panic Attacks and Depression. I highly recommend her services. Great bedside manners and very competent. She cares about her patients.

Dr. Sandoval you are a lifesaver. I've had nothing but bad experiences with psychiatric care and coming to Dr.Sandoval was like a breath of fresh air. She really works with you and WANTS to see you get better and see your medication work. Thank you thank you!!!

Dr. Sabrina Sandoval is just awesome. She has finally put me on the correct medications and dosages for my bipolar/ptsd issues. With other doctors I've felt like a science experiment for years, nothing has really helped. Now I feel "normal" and balanced. She's absolutely wonderful, wouldn't go to anyone else. Cheers!
