Chandni Joshi, LCSW promotes utmost empathy, advocacy, and compassion with in depth background working individuals from all ages and populations focused on resolving dynamics as an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Chandni graduated from her BA in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton as then proceeded her completion of obtaining her MSW (Master's in Social Work) emphasizing both on Community Macro and Clinical Micro approach from Azusa Pacific University in 2018. Chandni spent the last 7 years working in supporting children and families under the Foster Care/Juvenile Hall System to promote stability and safety, eldery and loved ones dealing with critical medical illness with expectation of death, and individuals battling with various mental health issues, trauma, substance abuse, and relationships preventing their capability of one's positive true self to be seen, heard, or valued.

Chandni's passion strived from a unexpected work assignment change when she was placed in a hospice facility in Kenya, Africa where she was faced with understanding a different sense of spirituality, cultural difference, and the sense of a family built within a community.
Chandni was able to be seen a humility in an approach that she felt that she found herself and her purpose. Chandni's purpose was beyond a smile or emotional support, as her expertise started from a learner to a mental health professional with contributing with a "toolbox" that can be beneficial for others to have independency of one self control, self awareness, coping skills to be utilized, and being fully present with their emotions and feelings.

Chandni focuses deeply on mental health diagnoses, culture diversity, bias, experiences of trauma, life struggles, relationship issues, loss and grief, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and overall, all life experiences that are causing a barrier.
Chandni focuses on both trauma informed care and psychodynamic therapy with with utilizing of CBT, DBT, EFT, Motivational, Strengths Based, Restructuring, Free association and Attachment style interventions. Chandni focuses past, present, and future mental mindset reframing to promote self awareness of negative experiences, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and able to identify emotions and feelings. Chandni promotes to wanting you to understand who you are, what shaped you, what you are capable which transforms small progress to knowing your strength.

Chandni strives to support and advocate others in this journey of reshaping negative barriers into a positive experience with tools to overcome, manage, and express with emotional processing with self awareness.
